CLIENT WORK
Complex communications challenges
Different business contexts
My work starts with understanding what a company needs to communicate and why it matters. These selected projects show how that thinking has been applied across messaging and positioning, executive and thought leadership communications, and strategic proposals.

ARISTID · MESSAGING & POSITIONING
Repositioning a complex retail technology platform for the US market
ARISTID initially asked for English-language copy for a new US-market website. Discovery showed that the challenge went deeper: the company needed a clearer way to position and explain an increasingly sophisticated platform to US retail technology buyers.
I helped take the assignment upstream—from stakeholder discovery and competitive assessment to positioning, platform architecture, website strategy and messaging.
The result was a clearer framework for explaining where ARISTID fits, how its capabilities work together and what differentiates its approach.

BBA had evolved from a family-owned freight forwarding business into an international company serving customers around the world. As the business grew, it needed a clearer way to articulate what the brand stood for, what distinguished its approach and how it wanted to communicate consistently with customers, partners and employees.
I helped develop the brand's positioning, customer promise, messaging and voice, bringing the strategic thinking together in a Brand Book that could guide future communications.

HELIQX · MESSAGING & POSITIONING
Making a complex OT technology proposition clear to business decision-makers
Heliqx was developing a sophisticated approach to helping IT teams gain greater visibility and control across complex operational technology environments. The communications challenge was to make the proposition clear and relevant to senior IT decision-makers without overwhelming them with technical detail.
I translated the strategic briefing into a customer-facing homepage narrative, then provided communications consulting as the website developed—reviewing and refining the messaging, content and page hierarchy.

IDEMIA · EXECUTIVE & THOUGHT LEADERSHIP COMMUNICATIONS
Turning complex expertise into credible executive communications
IDEMIA needed to communicate complex technologies and market issues to audiences ranging from customers and industry stakeholders to senior decision-makers.
Across a series of assignments, I worked with executives and subject-matter experts to draw out their knowledge, identify the strongest ideas and turn them into clear, credible communications—from executive articles and interviews to white papers and other thought leadership content.

ALSTOM · PROPOSAL & RFP COMMUNICATIONS
Turning bid strategy into a persuasive executive story
For major transport bids, the executive summary has to do more than recap a complex proposal. It needs to show that the customer has been understood and make the value and logic of the offer clear from the start.
I worked with Alstom bid teams and stakeholders to identify the strongest messages, structure the customer-value narrative and develop executive summaries that brought together strategy, evidence and technical detail into a coherent story.
